We have all hired a consultant at some point. I know that I have hired many throughout my times in different organizations. We've all attended the end of project meeting where the consultant presents the "5 Power Words for Success" powerpoint presentation and then sticks his hand out for the big check.I know I have been frustrated at the end of contracting agreements with the outcome from the consultant team. I also know my team had so much we wanted to see accomplished. Five power words simply are not enough.
