WHY FESTIn industry, the majority of companies have difficulties to attract new talent. Therefore, this majority is hindered by the lack of the right knowledge and expertise in their continues growth. Additionally, universities do not have a transparent mechanism to support the industry to reach out and find new talent, which matches competencies and mindset with what the industry needs. FEST creates this bridge towards the right knowledge. WHO IS THE FEST STUDENTA student is a vessel of knowledge without the experience and professional skills to exploit it.
