Festival Darlings is a film sales agent selling quality films to a global audience. We handle traditional theatrical, TV and video rights, but focus heavily on digital rights such as VOD, DOD & COD. Festival Darlings is founded by sales veteran Thomas Mai who has sold hundreds of feature films to distributors around the world ranging from the smallest independet films to bigger films with Hollywood stars. Thomas has sold Cannes winners like Lars von Triers DANCER IN THE DARK, Oscar nominees like Susanne Biers AFTER THE WEDDING and films starring Leonardo de Caprio and Toby Maguire in DONS PLUM. Thomas has produced 4 feature films, and won numerous awards.The latest film produced was One Point O that was selected for the main competition in Sundance 2004. In 2000 Thomas was singled out by film trade magazine Variety as one of Ten Producers to Watch.
