Festivalpoort provides logistics management during the loadin and loadout (build) of festivals and events. We realise this by improving traffic flows and preventing jams during critical schedules for all parties involved, such as suppliers, crew and visitors. Our staff are logistical experts, experienced in events and festivals; we know how this works. Our main goals are to save our customers expenses and make producers worry less. Festivalpoort prevents long queues and decreases waiting times and protects the natural environment. We use a digital system to register alle vehicles. This enables us to control, check and report on all incoming and outgoing entries and provide information to improve the next years edition!
