FetchIT is a revolutionary new platform and content integrator that allows consumers to access any digital content anywhere on the Internet, and display this content on any Web-enabled display device. FetchIT will change the way that users retrieve, manage and display their personal digital media and video content subscriptions (Netflix, HBO GO, YouTube, etc.). Users download the smartphone app; input their subscribed content sources and authentication information; pair the smartphone with any Web-enabled display device (takes five seconds); and access media content on that second-screen, using their smartphone or tablet (iOS, Android or Windows Mobile) as a control device. The platform has already been built, patented and is active in several B2B applications. The consumer smartphone app is now being developed. This current effort is initial funding for the consumer application, which will lead to a paired-share funding of both the consumer and B2B platforms later in 2013.
