FG International Holland BV is a service company dedicated to the engineering and execution of special lifting projects. Within the area of special lifting FG is specialized in flare tip replacements without cranes or helicopters. The system FG International Holland BV uses differs from the competition because it is based on lightweight modular parts and can be designed and engineered to meet our customers' project specific requirements. You can think of solutions like davit, derrick and tower constructions, gangways, jib cranes and pipe racks and more. Within this area FG has an extensive experience and track record in flare tip replacements. We use a job specific designed and tailor-made lifting construction which is erected by the FG crew on top of the flare tip platform. Because we do not use a helicopter, safety can be guaranteed. FG was established in the Netherlands in 1985, since that time we have gained a lot of experience in the large number of flare tip replacement projects we have carried out. Due to our experience and light weight materials we can completely execute a flare tip replacement in as little as 12 hours total shut-down time.
