Launched in February 2011 by directors Greg Fahey and Lyndall Lewis, FGL Assist is an enterprising new business providing cost effective solutions for companies seeking to outsource their Recruitment, Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Human Resource (HR) needs and offering a viable alternative to the ‘percentage of salary' fee structures used by traditional recruiting firms. Firsthand experience within our specialty fields of construction, engineering, mining and manufacturing and attractive ‘by the hour' rates are just two of the unique factors helping FGL Assist make its mark on South Australia's marketplace. Working with sub-contractors right through to mid and tier one businesses, we have quickly proven to be a value-for money resource for businesses operating with limited or no in-house HR or Safety resources and as a support arm to busy HR departments. Together, we have combined 30 years' experience working at management and operational levels within our speciality sectors, with such respected national names as Built Environs, Australian Zircon and Burnside Plastics and international companies such as Palram and CODAN.
