Fidelity Consultancy services is an associate member of ODC International in Afghanistan. ODC Int. established in 1999 is an international consultancy firm engaged in the provision of consultancy services to different organizations in the specialized fields of Organization Development, Development and Capacity Building. ODC Int. Country Office Afghanistan formally started its operations in the year 2002 after its registration with the Afghanistan Government and provided associate membership to Fidelity Consultancy Services in 2012. ODC Int. recognizes the competitive environment of today's world, where organizations face multiple challenges and threats, created from turbulent environment, increased competition, changing customers-donors-beneficiaries' demands and requirements. However, we also believe that through optimal utilization of existing strengths-opportunities and timely coping the weaknesses-threats will able organizations to achieve their GOALS in timely, effective and efficient manner.
