("FFS") was incorporated and licensed as a Professional of the Financial Sector under the supervision of the CSSF. Under its license, FFS may offer "Central Administration" services to Luxembourg regulated entities, including SICAR and SIF fund structures.In addition to the core Central Administration services of fund accounting, corporate secretarial services and transfer agency, FFS ensures daily coordination with all other service providers in Luxembourg and abroad (investment manager and advisor, custodian bank, auditor, lawyer, local accounting agents, etc.).
