FWSG specializes in a full range of fiduciary services for Creditors, Claimants and other interested parties. Services include Liquidating Trustee, Litigation Trustee, Plan Administrator, Receiver and Assignee for Benefit of Creditors. FWSG can also serve as your representative on an Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Chapter 11 cases.Rob Major is the principal of FWSG and an attorney licensed in the State of Ohio and the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Major was formerly a Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon where he advised the Investment Services division with respect issues involving compliance, defaulted securities, bankruptcies and litigation. Mr. Major specialized in residential mortgage-backed securities related to the financial crisis of 2008 and 2009 and in unsecured debt in large Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Prior to joining The Bank of New York Mellon, Mr. Major held similar positions at JPMorgan Chase and Bank One.Mr. Major is a graduate of The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Major earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Mr. Major is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Major is also an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America as a Den Leader, Cubmaster and Merit Badge Counselor in the area of Law.
