FOD's purpose is to build, own & operate salt water disposals throughout Texas in order to dispose of the salt water generated from the drilling and extraction of oil and gas by onshore E&P companies doing business in the Permian Basin, the second largest oil field in the world and the largest such field in the United states. In the water midstream segment operating in the Permian Basin, we intend to own and operate to-be-constructed saltwater disposals, or SWD facilities, with locations where oil and gas producers have; long-economic life production fields where salt water disposals are in critically short supply such as Orla, Coyanosa, Saragossa, Ackerly, Fort Stockton, Big Springs, Pecos, Waha, among other strategic locations. We intend to provide the highest quality facilities and services to meet the needs of E&P companies throughout Texas. We are open to and constantly perusing joint ventures with E&P companies to construct saltwater pipeline systems, connecting producers to our newly developed SWD facilities.
