Fielden & Rothermel Properties is a partnership formed in 1984. Its purpose was to use the experience and abilities of the organizers to establish a small professional property management company and to actively engage in the acquisition of multi-family apartment housing and commercial properties. The first acquisition of the company was in 1984 and included 183 apartment units. Today, the company has grown to encompass the management of six additional residential properties and two commercial properties. While the locations of our properties are always changing, they are all still located within the city limits of Knoxville, Tennessee. Many of our apartment homes are conveniently located within blocks of the University of Tennessee campus. We also have apartment homes further away and more oriented to the family life style. We have something to offer everyone at a very affordable rate.
