Fight Back SA (FB) is a non-profit organisation seeking to provide and teach all women living in high risk areas in South Africa, how to defend themselves if they are attacked or assaulted, and how to react if they should find themselves in a situation of conflict or danger.Fight Back SA teaches women how to defend, disarm and immobilize an attacker so that she may have an additional 15 seconds to take control of a potentially dangerous situation and escape unscathed.
