Fighting for Home Ice Details
Fighting for Home Ice™ was established by an active duty Navy family based in San Diego, California, in July of 2015. Being in the military and an active part of the local ice hockey programs, we understand how great the love for hockey is throughout the local military, but also how difficult it is for military families to afford the costs associated with playing hockey. By providing assistance to military families within San Diego County, we hope to keep the love of hockey alive and growing. We accomplish this by providing free hockey equipment and financial assistance(grants) in order to help offset the costs of playing hockey.
