Fil'm Hafızası is a group of people who redisvover life in movies, remember the movie lines with elephant's memory and aim to bring underrated dependent productions to life. It started off as a small Facebook group in January 2011. Now it continues down it's path as a big platform based on volunteer contribution. What you could come across throughout this platform: • Concious and authentic cinema fans who are interested in genres out of popular culture. • Movie critiques and presentations without discriminating movies by kind, period or imdb ratings. • Respect for "Yeşilçam" classics avoiding the cliche of being movies on the verge of being forgotten. • The chance to meet young talents of Turkish cinema at Thematic Movie Nights. • Activities and new experiences which takes place at İstanbul's pleasant places.
