Bringing together young workers, their parents, supervisors and business owners to find the best way to engage young people starting out in the workforce. One size doesn't fit all in safety and that's especially true when employing young people. We work with young workers to get them used to the workplace and upskill them about risks they may encounter. We work with parents to help them start to have the conversation with their kids BEFORE they start their first job. We assist supervisors to be more than the boss and help them better engage their workers. We give business owners an insight into young workers and their needs so that they can structure their on boarding and beyond accordingly. Website and online courses launching soon.
