Findr uses the latest e-search technology, coupled with high level consultative craft to find and engage "hard to find" suitable candidates solely for the purpose of outlining a specific employment position from a potential employer who wishes to meet with them. From the candidate's perspective, Findr represents your best interests as Findr is not incentivised by recruitment placement fees upon success. Findr is paid upfront to find "hard to find" candidates. As a candidate, you can entrust findr as a strictly private, unbiased and an un-committal service, providing a rare opportunity to ‘take a peak' before officially offering yourself up for a employment opportunity. Findr is a trusted candidate advisory who acts on the candidates behalf to have discussions with relevant key decision makers from potential employers in order to seek competitive and even above average salaries and employment conditions. Although Findr proactively finds and engages candidates, it is not a ‘Head Hunting' service as any candidate sourced by Findr, will have already willingly consented for Findr to represent them and put them forward to the potential employer for an informal discussion and/or interview.
