Frank Luongo has over 40 years of experience in the excavating business. He founded Finesse Contracting Ltd. in 2010 after 25 years as co-owner and operations manager of F and S Excavating Ltd.Finesse Contracting Ltd. has worked on jobs ranging from single family homes up to multi-million-dollar projects for the City of Hamilton. Finesse also supplies services for the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic School Board, Hydro One, Horizon Utilities, and several other large clients.Frank has always understood the value of surrounding himself with only the best people.
