We encourage the development of business relationship between western Canadian companies and Finnish companies. The Finnish Canadian Chamber of Commerce of western Canada was formed on January 30, 1985 under the provisions of Part II of the Canada Business Corporations Act. The Finnish Canadian chamber of commerce of western Canada has a mandate to develop trade relations between interested parties in Finland and British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and the North West Territories.1. To encourage the development of business relationships between western Canadian companies and Finnish companies. 2. To act as a forum for technology and idea exchange between members of the chamber of commerce in order to aid in the development of new business.3. To act as a source of cultural, trade and economic information.
