Finomina, the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur's finance and investments club, is a student-run initiative that works towards nurturing interest, creating awareness, and promoting student-industry interaction in finance. It aims to provide students with insights into different financial services industry domains, such as investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, retail banking, and microfinance. Finomina is a team of 23 members, including the senior and junior team undergoing an MBA at IIM Udaipur. Finomina conducts the following activities: 1) The club conducts workshops, the yearly summit "ArthSamvaad," and seminars "Fin-Talks" with distinguished industry leaders and academicians from reputed institutes to keep the students updated on relevant concepts happenings in the financial world2) The club conducts various inter-college events such as Article Writing & Vitt-Sangram and Intra-college events such as Open Outcry, Mock Stock, and Inquizitive to give students a hands-on experience of the trading world and challenge students through a series of quizzes3) The club provides knowledge on theoretical concepts through the concept note series "Fin-Focus" 4) The team publishes sector analysis reports for the student community to better understand the sector and make investment decisions accordingly5) The club also publishes a yearly finance magazine, "Arth-Aarth"
