We work with you to turn strategy into implementation. This way, we harmonise objective, people, means and procedures. This is necessary to develop strategy into reality. Finqo- Academy provides consultancy and actively guides you with the development and implementation of a quality management system. We also support you on the road to a quality mark of your choice. We train your employees to perform internal audits and maintain the quality on the desired level. The organisation has experience over many years with building, implementing and guiding multiple (short) trainings for several target groups that are related to care, well-being, government, finances, social participation and labour participation in a general meaning. In addition, the company has a lot of experience in developing e-learnings for these various occupational groups. The e-learnings of Finqo-Academy are equipped with the latest teaching techniques and software methods.Finqo Academy's goal is to combine many years of experience related to education and managing into short trainings for participants that are not the highest level in content but meet most recent demands. To realise this, Finqo-Academy builds and composes these short trainings together with ‘Kweekvijver', a collaboration between Stenden University, NHL University, ‘De Friese Poort' and Friesland College. This way, the trainings remain up-to-date content-wise and educational-wise.
