After working in our local school system and observing the need for mental and physical wellness programs for student and educators we knew we had to take action. We have created a program for students that includes a daily mental and emotional wellness check in with associated counselor reporting and help request. Additionally all students have access to our SEL, mindfulness, yoga, and fitness libraries designed specifically for K-12. All partner district educators gain access to daily wellness content and access to our educator mindfulness, fitness, yoga, and nutrition content. We believe in impacting the whole student and whole educator to facilitate the best possible learning environment for all parties.
