Here at Fire, Inc. we are looking to expand into 5 additional U.S. markets in the next 14 months. Because of our rapid growth we are actively looking for talented individuals to train up to management positions. Fire, Inc. Atlanta promotes only from within, training individuals who started with us in field positions up to team leaders , assistant managers, and managers through our management training program and reviewing them at every step of the way. The program can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years depending on the capabilities, determination, and work ethic each candidate puts into the program. But no matter what job candidates will have access to unique tools and trainings which will help them develop personally and professionally.
