Firehouse Youth Ministry Details
Firehouse is a Teen Centre located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada and serves community youth aged 13-19. The centre is open weekly on Thursdays as a drop-in centre. The Centre is equipped with a FREE games room including billiards, air hockey, table hockey, video game systems and more. The lounge area which has comfy couches and chairs is a great "hang-out" area to chat with friends. The cafe is a great place to grab a bite while completing home-work at the tables or computer lab. All this while listening to the kick'n sound system. Every Saturday evening "The Gathering" is held at the centre. At "The Gathering", youth are taught about the Love of Jesus Christ and how He can impact their lives. The Gathering goes way beyond religion. Christ is not just a historical figure; He is very real today. The Gathering is the place where youth can learn how Christ relates to their own lives.
