Firm Believers is a fitness ministry for women offered by Christy Williams and Center Pointe Christian Church. Classes are offered, free of charge, three days a week. It is a "come when you can" ministry that features contemporary Christian music, weights, cardio, and fabulous women who keep one another motivated to come back each week. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6 and Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. The classes are challenging for those who are already fit, and they're easily modified for beginners. Join us!
