First Advantage Education (FAE) is based in the beautiful Tampa Bay Area in the U.S. FAE was built by two intercultural language educators with a mission to help promote K-16 students' international mindedness. FAE strives to accomplish this mission by working closely with schools in China and educators from English-speaking countries. Our partnership schools in China range from kindergartens to universities and from private English-immersion schools to weekend schools. Our main partners are located in Qingdao and other cities in Shandong province, and we are working tenaciously with schools in metropolitans like Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu. Thus, whether you love the hustle and bustle of big cities or prefer to teach at a quiet town, we get you covered! At FAE, we welcome experienced teachers as well as fresh college graduates to apply.
