This brand stands for anyone thinking of starting a business, currently in a startup tasked with solving the "first-customer conundrum," & for those established companies who want to double-down on customer-success & user-experience efforts to increase sales, retention, & team motivation. The simple goal of the video podcast series is to have fun, educate, & inspire others into action by sharing stories of successful entrepreneurs re-living their early-days. Yet, we're building a brand which stems far beyond the show. We're keen on helping entrepreneurs tangibly figure out how to find, keep & grow customer & user-champions, with insight ranging from business development, to relationship-building, to marketing tactics & hacks, as well as building & iterating from minimum-viable-products (MVP's) sucking quality customers & users in.
