First Love Yourself Mentoring Program, more commonly referred to as Fly Girls was founded on the campus of Alabama State University in 2014. For the last three years, the program has impacted the lives of over 400 young women. The program's mission is to provide an opportunity for collegiate ladies from all walks of life to create a bond with one another. We strive to develop professional and personal goals which will further their success at both Alabama State University and the world. It's our priority to promote a higher sense of self-esteem, self-actualization, and self-love.
