We do this through our coaches – local heroes trained to help fellow community members make the right decisions on a daily basis so they can take control of their health. First Mile Care has achieved the Certificate of CDC Full Recognition for its Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). This year-long program is available at no cost to participating physicians' qualified patients as it is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and major health systems and insurers.
