Dave Ward, Director, has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce majoring in Finance, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). He is also a licensed real estate agent, having completed over $50 million in real estate developments in the past 8 years and has accumulated a multi-million dollar property portfolio.First Step Property and First Step Finance was founded in 2016.
