FishHub Poisson, a startup company runs in fish processing and packaging to improve the added value of Indonesian burgeoning fish production. We integrate three primary principles of sustainability in fishery such as selective fishing practices, processing practices and fair price. We aim to be a responsible company in fishery and marine sector by 2030 through buying the fish from selective fishing practices that only catch certain species and size to avoid by-catch (e.g., dolphins, sharks, turles and whales), and dynamite fishing. Secondly, we are eager and committed to improve the preservation period and value of fish through our processing plant. By that we mean to provide job opportunities to local people and they can contribute to address the post harvest loss of the increasing seafood production. The last but not the least we understand that a good environmental we can encourage through fair price system and that we only buy the fish and aquatic commodities through our fair price system; we are willing to eradicate poverty in the coastal areas and build a blue economy in Indonesia.
