The Fit Active Beautiful (FAB) Foundation's passion is helping young girls become strong women. The FAB Girls 5K Challenge Program is an innovative 12-week running program that challenges youth girls in grades 6, 7 and 8 living in low-income communities, to train for and cross the finish line of the the FAB 5K Community Challenge. Our free program takes participants through a journey of goal setting, hard work, self-discovery, and goal realization. Participants meet once a week with volunteer coaches to train, play, learn, build important life skills, and form positive and supportive relationships with each other.
