The facility offers a wide variety of training equipment and conditioning tools that will allow you to chase every goal from simple weight loss to elite athletic training. Trainers and members have 24 hour access with a key card entry system. Inside you'll find; 2 Olympic lifting platforms, plenty of free weights, full rubber pro-style DB rack, various plate loaded machines, various selectorized machines, ropes, sled, yoke, flipping tire, heavy & speed bag, 100 ft. of artificial turf, large variety of Olympic bars, bands, chains, boards, Kettlebells and a slack line.
