It is an exceptionally well designed workshop and very different that the usual ‘fitness camps.' The activities and team exercises encouraged me to ‘get out of my comfort zone.' Valerie and all of the speakers are very motivational and I felt like I could have stayed for several more hours soaking up valuable information.
