FitMix25 is a exercise system built around 25 minute classes. The classes are in group format with a trainer leading every class. We have 4 different classes to focus on different areas of the body: Upper body, Abs and Core, Lower Body and Total body. There are also 2 different themes of days: Cardio and Toning. On Cardio days all 4 types of classes focus more on quicker movements and getting the heart rate up. On Toning days all 4 types of classes focus building strength in the muscles and toning.Our system has 14 different days creating a total of 56 different workouts. Each time the client comes they will experience a different workout to focus on different parts of the body. This variety allows us to focus on all muscle groups of the body, all energy systems and even things like balance, flexibility, coordination and joint stability. The repetition of the workouts over time allows members to measure their progress.Through the variety and design of the workouts as well as exercises we use, FitMix25 is a very complete system to help people achieve greater results in less time. It is focused, efficient and convenient.
