Fitness Kinekions is a Health and Wellness coaching company founded on three principles of Eating, Thinking, and Moving. Our Coaching style involves the whole person concept incorporating these principles that provide the foundational belief system to establish sustainable lifestyle changes. We offer fitness options with personal and group fitness training based in functional fitness to strengthen bodies for daily activity as well as personal fitness goals. Our wellness coaching focuses on basic education of the body, how it operates, what it needs to sustain functionality and the mindsets that must be rewritten for a successful transition to a healthier lifestyle. We strive to bring awareness to your life that leads to small daily behavior changes that become a permanent part of your lifestyle.There are few people who are able to make drastic changes that stick permanently. There are many more people who need a bit more guidance in this transition. This require rewriting our thoughts about health and wellness and fully grasping the understanding that there are bumps in the road but they don't have to be the end of the road. Years of myths about eating, thinking, and moving have to be undone as these have become the foundation for our beliefs about what to eat, how to think, and the exact exercises that need to be done to lose weight. Fitness Kinektions is not focused on weight loss. I am focused on establishing the behaviors that when adhered to will bring about weigh loss.
