David works with people and companies that want to improve their health and perform at their best on a daily basis. The physician based and reviewed wellness programs are offered: one-on-one training, lunchtime "eat and learn" format, and half-day workshops. David will share ideas and strategies for employees to become more aware of their environment and what needs to be done to become healthier and achiever greater performance. David teaches skills that are critical for employee success and that may be implemented immediately. Lastly, employees will learn, understand, and develop positive behavioral habits for long lasting health.
