Welcome! Dasha is a nutrition and exercise consultant. She graduated from the top Nutrition graduate program in the country, Tufts University's Friedman School. Her professors work for the USDA making dietary guidelines for the USA, are primary stakeholders in US nutrition policy, and often quoted in NY Times. She's working right now publishing nutrition research while pursuing her internship to become a Registered Dietitian at one of the most competitive programs in the country with an acceptance rate that of Harvard. She posts recipes, fitness, and diet tips on her Instagram (@dashafitness) and blog regularly. Dasha is here to help people find balance and overcome insecurities with themselves in order to live a healthier life. Learning to become comfortable with your body is not an easy task, but she will help you realize the power of confidence and help you towards a path of overall happiness.~My goal is to empower people, help them show their strength, and inspire others to take their health into their own hands.
