Fjellstrand AS is a modern shipyard located in Omastrand, Hardanger. We develop and construct advanced high technological ship and constructions in aluminium, traditional ship repair, and new buildings in steel such as PSV, ROV/Construction Support Vessels, OSV and IMR ships. Fjellstrand recently delivered the worlds first fully driven battery ferry, Ampere, to Norled. This innovative ferry designed and built by Fjellstrand, won the prestigious "Ship of the Year" award in 2014.Fjellstrand has also designed and built the innovative WindServer that sets a new standard for transporting service personnel and components for wind turbines.
