FKI USA is a high volume custom metal stamping and a tool & die fabrication facility. Our customers are in many markets including appliance, automotive, transportation, industrial, consumer electronics, and more. Parts are produced using brushed or polished stainless steel, pre-painted CRS, aluminum, or other high strength alloys. Our capabilities include progressive, deep draw and transfer stamping. Our facility includes a full service precision tool room providing die design and maintenance of existing dies Our 100,000 sq ft facility and 200-600 Ton mechanical presses can meet your stamping expectations. We can handle coils up to 60" OD and 20,000 lbs capacity. FKI USA is based in Dallas, Texas. We serve both the US and Mexico.
