Agathe Jacquillat and Tomi Vollauschek are co-founders of London-based FL@33—multi-disciplinary design studio for visual communication. FL@33 was set up in 2001 after the two obtained their MAs at the Royal College of Art.Since then FL@33 has created an award-winning, internationally published body of work, ranging from self-initiated projects to commissioned work for clients from around the world, across many different sectors, regardless of size and budget. From logos to integrated identity systems, intriguing imagery to complete book designs, from poster campaigns to websites and moving image.Agathe and Tomi are friendly, passionate and dedicated designers who give international lectures, judge, art direct, consult, design, curate, exhibit, contribute to magazines, write their own books, and also develop design products for the studio's sister company Stereohype—an online boutique, T-shirt / button badge label—launched in 2004.FL@33 interviews, features and studio profiles have been published online and in more than 200 magazines, newspapers and books around the world.A FL@33 monograph was published in 2005 as part of the bi-lingual design & designer book series by French Pyramyd Editions. Books conceived/written/edited/designed by FL@33 include Postcard (2008, translated into French, German and Spanish), Made & Sold: Toys, T-Shirts, Prints, Zines and Other Stuff (2009) and The 3D Type Book (2011)—all published worldwide by Laurence King.
