We offer gymnastics and dance classes and workshops to schools and communities in Dublin. While we are focused on improving children's coordination, strength, movement, fitness, and gymnastic & dance skills, we are also conscious that the environment needs to be positive and safe (both physically and emotionally) and that children should feel empowered. We are all about "constructive praise", explaining to a child what they did right, why it was good, as well as mentioning something they can improve on. It is important to us that our classes and workshops build on a child's self-esteem as well as their skill-set. This combination yields the best results!
