FLARE is first of its kind federation that has been formed to identify, felicitate and promote the individuals that have contributed exceptionally towards the education system in different capacities. Individuals in this sector play a very important role and there is a need to acknowledge the contribution made by them.Academics – We meet and interact with a large number of teachers and educators that have spent their whole life for the benefit of the student community but somehow their selfless contribution does not get acknowledged or even noticed. Through FLARE, we intend to identify such individuals and bring into limelight their selfless efforts and hard work.Research – Research is the backbone of great innovations and inventions and a large number of individuals spend a major time of their lifespan in doing research, which can be beneficial for the future generations. A lot of researchers are not even known to us and their research have a very important role to play in our day-to-day lives. Through FLARE, we intend to acknowledge such individuals and encourage them by recognizing their efforts in different segments of research.Education – When we say education, it may not be just academics or research. It may be something, which is very important but may not be same as imparting knowledge or doing knowledge creation. There are a large number of activities that are done by individuals and is not teaching or researching but is highly instrumental in creating an environment in which teaching or research can happen. Through FLARE, we intend to find such individuals and showcase them to the world and propagate how their contribution is very important in promoting/obtaining the right type of education.FLARE has already started its journey with very clear visions and will need support from known leaders of the education fraternity in making this big dream come to reality.
