Flashfit is a smartphone app that strives to spontaneously bring people together to improve the health and happiness of those who use it. Users are asked 8-10 times during the day if they would like to participate in a one-minute fun exercise called a Fitset. Everyone using the app does the Fitset simultaneously all over the world, place of business, school or local Target. They are part of a Flashfit Mob that is burning calories, getting a brain break and laughing with other mobsters to make life happier and healthier. The app will tell users how many participated and how many calories and minutes the world contributed. It also tracks personal progress and provides cool music, videos and funny Faux Real Facts with every Fitset.
