Flavor Connect is a novelty online dating and chatroulette community where candy flavors are used as code for various types of hook-ups. The site combines instant video-to-video introductions with a traditional online dating site with static profiles coded with candy flavors.Flavor Connect's dating flavors help combat the issue of poor matches by grouping and catering to virtually every kind of online dater. The site also features a contemporary dating advice blog titled Sweet Talk. Company founder Khaled Ridgeway launched the project in January of 2010; they went online in February 2010 and became trademarked in December of that year.
