Founded in 2007 by Joff Brooker and Juliette Hopkins, Fleur is a design-led business that specialises in creating beautiful, new homes in some of Norfolk and Suffolk's most attractive locations. Driven by our strapline, Lovingly Made Luxury, Fleur combines prime locations with bespoke house and landscape design to create exceptional properties that complement and enrich their environment. In recognition of this, Fleur won the Gold WhatHouse? Award, Best Small Housebuilder 2018. The high quality of our developments and their success in reflecting the local vernacular has been praised by local councils. Our Fisher's Field development in Suffolk has been made an example for other developers to follow by St Edmundsbury Borough Council, while our site in Weybourne, Norfolk - The Parishes - has been set as an example of good development by North Norfolk District Council.
