We are a Jackson, MI-based company dedicated to providing our customers with fresh, healthy and delicious meals. With a variety of Protein, Carbohydrate and Vegetable selections we can provide our customers with the flexibility of customizing their meal plans according to their health goals. We believe that diet and exercise are the essential elements of a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to provide healthy fresh meals to anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. All of our meals are prepared at a certified commercial kitchen in Jackson, MI. We are located inside of the Night Light Bar. Owner Malcolm Landenberger has always been involved in sports and recreational activities growing up, but eating healthy was never a part of his life. In November of 2008 his son was born and he realized that he needed to make a change. The unhealthy eating habits needed to be replaced with healthier choices in order to make a complete lifestyle change in fitness and nutrition. Over the past 5 years, Malcolm has focused on proper nutrition which led him to where he stands today. From high school soccer, hockey and wrestling to competing in the National Physique Committee (Bodybuilding and Men's Physique division), he has learned that EVERYTHING comes down to nutrition. With the knowledge he has acquired, Flex Foods was established in 2015 with the intention to help others achieve an overall healthy lifestyle. At Flex Foods, we do not look at it as a "diet" because diets don't last long. We look at it as a lifestyle change. So remember, overall health and longevity is what's important.
