Flipping the ROC has official roots back to 1997 when Melissa LoPresti Robertson invested in her first property, but the inspiration goes back much further. Melissa worked alongside her father building dream homes as she grew up, and always dreamt of following in his footsteps.In 2001, Melissa became a licensed real estate agent, and two years later met Brian Robertson. Since 2003 they have not only built a life together but have built a passion for turning properties needing TLC into beautiful dream homes for their clients.From the initial design to the final showing, Melissa and Brian have a true passion for the journey. In 2016, they announced the launch of their own dream: Flipping the ROC was conceptualized, and a local flip-house series was envisioned.
