The Florida CCIM Chapter is a privately incorporated chapter of the CCIM Institute. This chapter is the largest in the network of more than 50 chapters across the United States all dedicated to improving benefits to CCIM members and increasing their involvement in the CCIM Institute.The Florida CCIM Chapter is comprised of 8 districts – North, Panhandle, Central, West Coast, East Coast, Southwest, Ft. Lauderdale-Broward, and Miami-Dade/Monroe – serving the entire state of Florida. We have over 1,000 members from various real estate and real estate-related firms. Our chapter provides its members with the best in networking opportunities, designation promotion, candidacy guidance, and educational opportunities.The mission of the Florida CCIM Chapter is to provide the highest quality marketing and networking opportunities, services, and education that will enhance our members' ability to conduct business successfully.
