Flourish! is the annual conference of the South African Organisation Development Network (SAODN). The Flourish! conference is grounded in OD but acknowledges the impact and importance of related disciplines; such as leadership, HR, Industrial Psychology etc. Our intention is to engage leaders, influences and development practitioners on ways to collaboratively address complex systemic, organisational and societal challenges in highly engaged and interactive ways.This is not a standard "make a presentation and go conference". Rather this is an adaptive learning community. Therefore the Flourish! Planning Committee ask our Collaborators to commit to participating in both days of the conference, integrating and synthesizing their knowledge with other delegates.
